Fully welded ball valve

Fully Welded ball valve is made of a forged material, welded body, instead of bolts or nuts are avoided in order to avoid leaks, which makes it a more reliable product.
Forged bodies, which are more structurally stable than cast bodies, are resistant to distortions, cracks, and other defects.
Fully welded ball valves come in a spherical or cylindrical shape. The spherical type usually has a single welding seam, while the cylindrical type will have two welds on the body.

Fully welded ball valves are available in different configurations. The most common configuration is a ball valve with a fully welded body and bonnet. This type of design is usually used for wetted surfaces, where exposure to the atmosphere would be detrimental to the valve.
