API 600 globe valve is suitable for throttling, shutting off, and on-off services. Cast steel globe valve can support many pressures without any problems.API 600 globe valve has a T-pattern design which means that the stem and disc move perpendicular to the flow. It also opens proportion when it’s high, which makes it safe. However, you’ll find that due to this design there is a high pressure drop with this valve,The valve has a conical plug disc that rotates around the stem. Outside screw yoke,makes easy to open and close a globe valve by moving a disc. When you raise the disc, water will flow past it. Closing the disc closes off that passage from the water.
